01 / MORE THAN A CLUB LISTING

Everything that makes
your club, your club.

From the people behind the idea to the meeting where it becomes real. Bring the details together in one place.

01
IDENTITY + PEOPLE

Put your people first.

Give your team a clear identity. Share your club logo, university, campus and member count, with a people section for members and the roles they hold.

02
ABOUT + PROJECTS

Let the work speak.

Tell your story through an about section and a showcase of recent projects. Give future teammates a reason to get involved.

03
MEETINGS + CALENDAR

Make showing up easy.

Keep your meeting building, room, start times and event details together. A visible calendar helps everyone know what’s happening next.

04
DISCOVERY + JOINING

Help your next member find you.

Students can search their university and campus, explore interests, and open your club page. A joining section explains eligibility, expectations and the next step.

05
LOGO + BRAND KIT

Keep your identity consistent.

An optional brand kit brings your uploaded logo, approved colors and usage guidelines together so collaborators know how to represent your club.

06
SPONSORS + GRANTS

Recognize your supporters.

Share the sponsors and grants behind your work. Then explore the sponsorship directory for funding, parts, software and technical support for your next project.

02 / SUPPORT THE NEXT BUILD

Explore sponsorships
01Who is this for?

Engineering clubs, project teams and student communities at universities and schools. Students can discover teams by university and campus.

02Can we list an independent club?

Yes. The club editor includes school-sanctioned and independent options. Recognition is self-reported and must be represented accurately.

03What can we put on our page?

Your identity, about section, member roles, projects, meeting information, calendar, joining requirements, policies, sponsors and grants. The optional brand kit includes your club logo, colors and usage instructions.

04Can we manage our club now?

Public starter club pages are available to explore. Account setup is still in progress, so signup, club-editor saves and publishing are not yet live. The editor and optional brand-kit fields are prepared for that connection.

05Does applying guarantee sponsorship?

No. Sponsors set their own eligibility, selection and award terms. Always check the official program information.
